  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve therapeutic goals.

  • Document resident progress and response to treatment interventions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
