Ward Clerk to support our nursing department. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our residents receive timely, coordinated care.

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts.
- Assist nursing staff with clerical duties and documentation.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed.
- Perform data entry and filing in accordance with facility policies and privacy standards.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a ward clerk or in a clerical/administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems).
