📝 Job Duties Include:
  • Assessing patients' physical and functional abilities
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions to promote independence
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
  • Educating patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate patient records


Qualifications:
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for helping others
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
