What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs/nursing assistants on your shift
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Complete accurate charting, documentation, and care plan reviews
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents following facility procedures
- Take vitals, collect specimens, and monitor resident health status
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Lead by example — train, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and infection-control-compliant unit
What We're Looking For
- Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in California
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
- Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) a plus
- A caring, patient, team-first attitude
