What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist in assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Current California LVN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
