Position Available: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with occupational therapists to implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
  • Provide support and encouragement to residents as they work towards achieving their therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
  • Valid license to practice as a COTA in the state of California.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
