What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet residents' goals.
  • Document therapy sessions and track progress toward measurable outcomes.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff to ensure optimal care and carryover.
