What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
  • Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current California RN license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
