What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' specific rehabilitation needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to improve residents' physical function and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on exercise programs and home safety measures to promote continued progress after discharge.

What We're Looking For:

• Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
