What You'll Do: - Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' specific rehabilitation needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to improve residents' physical function and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on exercise programs and home safety measures to promote continued progress after discharge.
What We're Looking For: - Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Compassion and dedication to providing patient-centered care.
