💰 $20-$23/hr (DOE) | 🕒 Full-Time

Napa Post Acute is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Records Assistant to join our team. This important role helps ensure our residents' medical information is accurate, organized, and maintained in compliance with healthcare regulations.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and auditing medical documentation
  • Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained
  • Help prepare records for admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Respond to requests for medical record information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Support the clinical and administrative team with documentation needs

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred, but not required
