Your Role as a Treatment Nurse

As a Treatment Nurse at Napa Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality wound care and ensuring optimal healing for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing wound assessments and providing treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitoring and documenting the healing process.
• Educating staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care techniques.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to treatment and wound care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.
• Experience: Previous wound care experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
