CNA Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff
CNA Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
