As an RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care, leading the nursing team during your shift, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality clinical services while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely
- Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify and report changes
- Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality care initiatives
- Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
- Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred, but not required
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
- Competitive pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour DOE
