The Opportunity:

  • Shifts Available: Full-Time AM and PM Shifts
  • Schedule: 4/2 Rotation (Enjoy consistent days off!)
  • Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour
  • Location: Moraga Post-Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA at Moraga Post-Acute, you are the heartbeat of our resident care.

  • Daily Care: Provide routine nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's personalized assessment and care plan.
  • Resident Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for resident needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
  • Clinical Support: Assist the nursing leadership team in monitoring resident status and documenting daily activities.
  • Community Mission: Play a key role in our mission to rehabilitate patients and successfully discharge them back to their homes.


Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
  • Heart for Service: A compassionate, dedicated attitude with a passion for senior care.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
