Job Description

The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and maintaining the quality of all food served at Mission Valley Post Acute . The Dietary Aide will assist with the preparation of food as well as the sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the establishment. The Dietary Aide will assist with daily food preparation, production, plate presentation, and safety standards. The Dietary Aide will assist with the maintenance of a clean and sanitary kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
