BCBA (Part-Time)

MindBridge ABA, a sister company to MindDivers, is hiring a part-time BCBA to support children and families in the Bakersfield area through in-home and telehealth ABA services. This position is part-time to begin with, but will eventually grow into full-time as our clientele grows. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and build treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs Provide parent and caregiver training Complete session notes and progress reports Requirements Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA.
