Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Unit Clerk to join our team! If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy supporting healthcare staff, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities: - Accurately process and input doctors' orders into the system
- Schedule resident appointments and arrange transportation as needed
- Maintain and organize medical records, charts, and other essential documentation
- Serve as a point of communication between the nursing staff, residents, and families
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide general clerical support to the unit, including answering phones and filing
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a healthcare or clerical role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
