What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
• Lead and support LVNs and CNAs on your shift
• Monitor resident conditions and advocate for their needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate documentation and high standards of care

What We're Looking For

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Someone dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate
• Skilled nursing experience preferred (but strong new RNs welcome!)
