Rehab Aide Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with patient setup and treatment preparation
• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked therapy gym
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and equipment setup
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rehab, healthcare, or customer service preferred but not required
• Interest in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare careers
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting
• CPR/BLS certification
