$2, 500 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate closely with PT, ST, nursing, and care staff
  • Document accurately and timely
  • Promote function, safety, and quality of life through skilled OT services

What We're Looking For
  • Valid CA OT license
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • SNF or post-acute experience preferred, not required
