Now Hiring: Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)
Pay: $20-$22/hour

Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team! If you take pride in keeping things running smoothly and enjoy working in a healthcare environment that values teamwork and resident care, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
  • Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
  • Support preventative maintenance programs
  • Follow all safety and compliance regulations


Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
