About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with an established care plan.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with HIPAA and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of LVN experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
  
  Current CPR certification.
  
  Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
  
  Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
  
  Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
