Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license (or pending license if newly graduated)
• CPR certification
• A passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
