Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated rehab team! If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

✨ What We Offer:
  • $7, 500 Sign-On Bonus (ask us about the details!)
  • Starting pay: $60-$65/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, stable schedule

🧠 What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional abilities and quality of life
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide education to patients and families to support continued progress


✅ What We're Looking For:
  • Current California OT license
  • Strong clinical skills and patient-centered mindset
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • SNF/post-acute experience preferred, but not required
