Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Be part of a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference in residents' lives every day.

Position Summary

The CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans, facility policies, and direction from licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, intake/output)
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
• Answer call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety
• Provide mealtime support, including feeding and documenting intake
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms
• Document care accurately in charts and flow sheets
• Observe and report skin issues, injuries, or changes in behavior
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

✅ Active CNA certification (required)
✅ CPR certification (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Compassionate and patient-centered approach
✅ Reliable and able to follow direction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
