2. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems to repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures

Required

• Experience working with 480-volt motors
• Experience troubleshooting motors and motor control circuits
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to fabricate, measure, cut, and assemble metal components with precision i.e. mounts, guards
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques

Desired

• Strong lathe and mill knowledge

The position is for the second shift, working from 3: 00 PM to 11: 30 PM, with expected overtime based on business needs, including Saturday work.

The entry pay rate is $36.42 during training, with a certified rate of $38.56.
