Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
  • Monitor patient conditions, interpret symptoms, and report changes to attending physicians.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charts.


Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
