What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
