What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs (TPRs) and document care accurately
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support residents during meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CPR certification preferred
