McClure Post Acute is seeking a dedicated

The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time (NOC Shift)
- Location: McClure Post Acute
- Rate: $ 45.00-$ 50.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Your Impact & Responsibilities: As the NOC Shift RN, you are the primary clinical decision-maker during the overnight hours.
- Advanced Clinical Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including complex assessments, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and direct the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LVNs and Nursing Assistants, ensuring all tasks align with quality care standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all nursing activities are performed in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as facility policies.
- Clinical Collaboration: Report directly to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Nurse Supervisor, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Assessment & Documentation: Perform comprehensive resident assessments, update care plans, and maintain meticulous clinical records for the incoming AM shift.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure the facility remains secure and that all safety protocols are strictly followed during the night hours.
Qualifications: - License: Must possess a current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or acute care setting is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise a diverse nursing team and make critical clinical decisions independently.
- Dedication: A commitment to the NOC shift and providing compassionate care to our residents 24/7.
