What you'll do:
  • Implement personalized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide direct, hands-on patient care using a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
  • Observe, document, and report on patient progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with PT Board regulations.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing staff and restorative aides, to ensure coordinated and consistent care.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, including exercises and safety measures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy area.


What you'll bring:
  • A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
