Position Overview:

McClure Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time NOC shift with a pay rate of $35 per hour. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with seniors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Follow instructions and implement care plans as directed.
• Make independent decisions and apply critical thinking in providing patient care.
• Collaborate with a compassionate and caring team to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications:

• Required License: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Passion for working with seniors and commitment to providing excellent care.
• Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
