Maxco Supply Company is hiring a Customer Service Rep / Product & Sales Support in Parlier, CA. This is a full-time position.
The Customer Service Rep / Product & Sales Support is the central point of control for product data at Maxco. This role maintains accurate item information, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and costing data in the ERP system and provides technical support to the Sales team. Serving as the key connection between Sales, Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Costing, and Operations, this position ensures every customer product is correctly set up, priced, and production-ready. Its accuracy directly prevents production errors, inaccurate quotes, incorrect material orders, and costly rework.
