Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, hallways, and resident rooms
• Ensure sanitation and infection control standards are met throughout the facility
• Dispose of trash, maintain restrooms, and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist with light maintenance duties when required
• Respond to special cleaning requests from staff or residents
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain a clean and safe environment

What We're Looking For:

• Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of cleaning and safety protocols
• Willingness to take on various cleaning tasks as needed
