Pay Range: $60-$70/hour

Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services, focusing on patient-specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all therapy sessions.
Qualifications: - Current California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- A passion for patient care and improving quality of life.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
