Your Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

🔹 Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
🔹 Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
🔹 Manage front desk operations including scheduling, filing, and administrative support
🔹 Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and facility communications
🔹 Ensure a smooth flow of information between departments and maintain confidentiality
🔹 Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
