Marin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our experienced therapy team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care group, you will play an essential role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop personalized care plans to support each resident's goals
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Track and document progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Support a positive, encouraging rehab environment

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
