CNA Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Qualifications- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
