What You'll Do:

• Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of the facility.
• Assist with building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to staff and resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain equipment and tools to keep everything in top working condition.

What We're Looking For:

Prior maintenance experience in a healthcare or similar setting is a plus.
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
