Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

What We're Looking For

• Active California LVN license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
