Job Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support residents' well-being by fostering a caring and comfortable environment
Qualifications: - Active LVN license in the state of California
- New graduates are welcome! We provide on-the-job training and mentorship
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for caring for the elderly and working in a post-acute setting
