Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident health status and report changes to the RN or physician
  • Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support residents' well-being by fostering a caring and comfortable environment

Qualifications:
  • Active LVN license in the state of California
  • New graduates are welcome! We provide on-the-job training and mentorship
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for caring for the elderly and working in a post-acute setting
