Your Responsibilities as a Treatment Nurse:

🔹 Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans
🔹 Administer wound treatments, dressings, and preventive care
🔹 Monitor and document resident progress and wound healing
🔹 Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and management
🔹 Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes
🔹 Ensure compliance with facility protocols, state, and federal regulations
🔹 Participate in wound rounds, infection control measures, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Active LVN or RN license in California
✔ Previous wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred
✔ Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
✔ Passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
✔ A team player with a proactive and compassionate approach
