Your Role as ADON:

🔹 Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing nursing operations and ensuring exceptional patient care
🔹 Oversee nursing staff performance, training, and development to uphold the highest care standards
🔹 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facility efficiency
🔹 Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
🔹 Support infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management programs
🔹 Address resident concerns, staff development, and clinical training
🔹 Step in to support nursing staff as needed in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

RN Preferred, LVNs with strong leadership experience will be considered
Skilled nursing experience required - Prior leadership or ADON experience a plus
✔ A compassionate and proactive leader who thrives in a team setting
✔ Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and best nursing practices
✔ A problem-solver with excellent communication and mentoring skills
