Key Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and accurately document treatments and responses
- Communicate resident updates and progress with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations
Qualifications- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, motivated, and committed to resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
