Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are a skilled nursing facility committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Position Summary
The LVN provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as facility policies and procedures, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Pay Range
$29.00 - $33.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
