Position Overview: As the Director of Staff Development (DSD), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Pay: From $79, 000 + / DOE per year

Position is bonus eligible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure all staff are up-to-date with mandatory certifications and continuing education.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
