Position OverviewWe are seeking a
Full‑Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy department. In this role, you will collaborate with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary staff to help residents regain skills, confidence, and independence.
Compensation- Starting at $35/per hour - plus DOE (Depends on Experience)
- Supportive culture and collaborative team environment
What You'll Do- Implement treatment plans designed by Occupational Therapists
- Support and encourage residents throughout their recovery
- Document progress accurately and consistently
- Work closely with therapy, nursing, and leadership teams
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment
What We're Looking For- Active COTA license in California
