Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift
- Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills
