What You'll Need: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
- License: Current Physical Therapy license in good standing in California

General PurposeThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment, care plan, and facility policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining
- Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weights, and intake/output as instructed
- Respond promptly to call lights and ensure residents unable to call for assistance are checked frequently
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, or behavior to the Charge Nurse
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Provide restorative and rehabilitative care under nursing supervision
- Maintain resident rooms, equipment, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
- Report accidents, incidents, concerns, or potential violations immediately
- Foster a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents, families, and coworkers
Supervisory Responsibilities- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
QualificationsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred
Skills & Abilities- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- May be required to assist during emergency or evacuation situations
Work Environment- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Noise level generally low to moderate
