What you will enjoy doing*

• Coordinates and performspreventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems
• Schedules and coordinatesrepair, modification and preventive maintenance operations
• Assists in the development andreview of standard operating procedures
• Participates in HAZOPs andFMEAs
• Location liaison withcorporate process safety group
• Oversees and/or performs newequipment installations
• Utilizes hand and portablepower tools and follows safe working practices through all steps of equipmentrepair and maintenance
• May provide advice tomanagement regarding equipment life and usage and in researching new equipmentpurchases
• Ensures operations techniciansunderstand and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipmentrepair and maintenance
• Coordinates and oversees themovement of materials and equipment as required
• Participates in Sixth SigmaProjects
• Other duties as defined

What makes you great

• Bachelor of Science strongly preferred; high school diploma/GEDrequired
• 3 - 5 years of equipment maintenance experience in chemicalmanufacturing setting preferred
• Knowledgeable in OSHA Process Safety Management Program elementsincluding Mechanical Integrity, Management of
• Change, Operating ProcedureElements
• Knowledge of welding techniques, high-pressure piping systems, cryogenic pumps and systems
• Basic Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Computer skills including Microsoft applications
